“Imagining a post-apocalyptic state, where the emerging survivors are beautiful and strong. The collection shows a society where beauty lives on within a new, raw reality.”
We love the play of power with sensitivity – the hair is strong yes, but not overworked. Cuts are key, with the placement of colour doing the heavy lifting in highlighting texture and movement. Very clever, and in our opinion, under-rated in the awards season. Bravo Antonio.

While social media and online news sharing has smoothed out many of the seasons in UK hairdressing, there is a rhythm to the year thanks to the phenomenon of awards collections! Photography created specifically for trophy competitions such as the British Hairdressing Awards, The Big One, AIPP Trophy and so many more, means we often have a dearth of new collections to enjoy in the first half of the year. From New Year to late Summer the focus is on shooting and entering competitions. Then suddenly in October – December it’s BLAM! So much to see and not enough space. We encourage you to really think about when releasing your hard-worked on collections to maximise visibility! Let us know when you have something and we can plan its release with you.
