Making a big noise the entire Autumn season we are entranced by the arrival of Keune Haircosmetics brand on the UK hairdressing market! First the reveal of a stunning flagship salon and brand HQ slap bang in central London. Then the announcement of a skilful team of ambassadors headed by Andrew Barton as UK creative ambassador and Jo McKay as UK colour ambassador. There followed the release of education dates, competition and show announcements. Now another sign up…
Jamie’s on board
Jamie Stevens is now the Keune Haircosmetics creative style ambassador. Ta dah! Jamie’s a salon owner – and will remain based in his lush Kensington salon – as well as a go-to stylist for a number of celebrities and TV programmes. We’ve been following his career for more than 20 years as he carves out quite a pathway for himself. Business-wise, creative, and the proud owner of his own brand: Jamie Stevens Hair.
Keune’s progress
The appointment is described as marking the next important step for the Keune brand in the UK, with Jamie set to fly the flag at various shows and events to share the best-kept secret in the hairdressing industry, as well as inspiring salons nationwide both with creative education at the Keune flagship academy in Central London and roadshows across the country.
Jamie says: “I’m very excited to have the opportunity to help the ongoing development of such a prestigious and iconic brand, which has enjoyed such a magical past and will continue to have a very promising future.”
Darren Potter, general manager of Keune UK, says: “Jamie is one of the UK’s most exciting, talented and admired stylists and we are delighted that he is joining the Keune family. His enormous enthusiasm for all things hair is matched by his brilliant creativity and we can’t wait to start working with him on some very exciting projects coming up in 2023.”
