We love it when a London Fashion Week show gives our hairdressers opportunity to show off their superpower and dress hair intricately. The Paul Costelloe show at the London Hilton this weekend did the job. British Hairdresser of the Year Cos Sakkas lead a crack squad of stylists to deliver supremely crafted hair looks.
The Hair
Global Creative Director at Toni&Guy, Cos brought together a Session Team to craft a refined, yet powerful hair look that perfectly echoed the designer’s collection. It was an equestrian-inspired theme so a sleek, disciplined ponytail was in order. But this was not the story. The ponytail served as the foundation (embodying the precision and elegance of dressage) but the team added intricate micro-French braids seen down the back.
At the nape, a distinctive bonding wrap detail added a sculptural element, reinforcing the collection’s focus on strength and structure. The Toni&Guy Label M styling products worked hard on this show!
The Collection
For Autumn/Winter 2025 the heritage brand Paul Costelloe Dressage trotted into along the London Fashion Week catwalk. Inspired by Paul’s life-long love of equestrian skill, this is a collection which reflects strength, volume space and energy. Paul delves into his Autumnal palette of chesnut browns, amber yellows, winter creams, and this season the in-house family have created a narrative print, portraying the modern day equestrian world.
