Everyone has a little blonde in them somewhere; such is the premise of Schwarzkopf Professional’s new colour campaign, and we love it! The lightest of touches with the brightest of thinking combines in gorgeous imagery. And it’s thanks to artists such as colour supremo Jack Howard who knows his blondes, that’s for sure. The brand’s BlondMe range and the #blondesoftheworld portfolio of looks, techniques and education, gives you the opportunity to offer versatile and inclusive blending services.
Schwarzkopf Professional kickstarts 2021 with an eclectic campaign showing nine great looks embracing every woman “irrespective of skin colour, hair type, age or gender”. Commercial but not dumbed down, we say. The proposal is to provide clients with choice, the vision to give any look a personal take on blonde. Hold your nerve and go for it… there is a lot to be gained by introducing everyone to the concept.
BlondMe holistic colour and care
The BlondMe colour and care portfolio has been around for some time, but now includes a reformulation. The care line is upgraded massively to deliver targeted premium haircare to all blonde hair types from fine-to-normal and normal-to-coarse. The claim is that this line-up delivers stronger neutralization, offers dedicated purifying services to brighten up blonde tones and provides finishing products to perfect the hair. The key is BlondMe 3D Bond Creation Technology. This combines the tenets of bond protection, bond creation and bond maintenance of the hair for ultimate care. It’s this science-based development that broadens the scope for offering blending services to ANYONE.
#blondesoftheworld is for all
The new campaign is co-created with global media and entertainment brand Refinery29 (@refinery29), and showcases the nine diverse blonde looks from around the world each with their own blonding story. The message is that anyone can do it, whether hair is of a darker Asian or Afro hair type. Using BlondMe alleviates fear of damage, losing the natural bounce of curls, or care levels.
On socials, the call to action is to join in! Schwarzkopf Professional encourage the hairdressing community to showcase their own version of #blondesoftheworld by joining in a new competition. Follow @schwarzkopfpro on IG and visit schwarzkopfpro.com/blondme for competition details.
Education is a given! Physical seminars, online and digital training are all available.
Blonde anyone? Go for it!
