Thank you Sally Brooks

Our respect and love go to Sally Brooks who made her two years as British Hairdresser of the Year (winning in November 2017 and retiring November 2019) a spectacular success! Throughout her tenure, Sally championed hairdressing brilliantly with her creativity (making the film Journey to my Destination), and sharing skills and industry knowledge far and wide. She’s the epitome of style AND substance, we say. Her latest collection rests on beauty and individuality and expresses perfectly Sally’s signature style – if it’s not beautiful, what’s the point. We agree!

For me, it’s always about creating something beautiful and beauty comes in so many ways. This collection is about creating eight individual images that are timeless beauty. I design most of the looks on the day when I see the clothes, the models and lighting. For this collection I really wanted a ‘collection’ of individual images that are stand-alone pictures, working with movement and textures and combining the clothes, the model and the moment. Each image is individual – each image is its own image.
