Saitai Close collection

In Uncategorized by Nicky

The latest collection from international media resource & independent education provider, the FPA, is an interesting project created by artist Paul Stafford; the Saitai Close collection.

Paul Stafford’s creative journey, Saitai Close, explores the closeness of Asian and Irish cultures. Saitai means ‘marriage’ in Japanese.

Highly technical cutting, defined shapes and natural textures are enhanced by colour then combined with make-up and styling to reflect individualism and a connection to culture. Underlying Saitai is a love of global collaboration, the sharing of ideas and visions – in simple terms, a bonding, a marriage.
