Bringing the Christmas spirit early to Manchester this weekend, the fifth edition of the Remi Cachet Extensionist of the year awards celebrated hairdressing in style. A gathering of 250+ of the UK’s top extensionists were invited by founder Victoria Lynch and CEO Lisa Jackson to champion their work with an awards giving. TRIBU-TE Magazine joined the party and we can report, the event was glorious. Both the wonderful atmosphere, and the lavish dinner and fine settings of the city’s Edwardian hotel. The streets were lit and the party was wild.
A warm welcome
Victoria opened proceedings: “Each year we gather to celebrate not just our amazing industry but also to recognise outstanding talent. The Remi Cachet community is growing, and tonight is a wonderful way for our members to meet and kick up their heels. It’s so important to take a moment to celebrate success, and I am so proud of all of our winners.”
A short presentation of the brand’s latest innovations included new 30″ wefts, a curly weft, and a Hollywood Wave. We are reminded of how quickly and successfully the hair extensions category has grown. Now a valuable and important sector, from managing hair loss, to restoring self-esteem and empowering clients, this is a vital service that contributes much.
