Here, complete with organic herbal drinks, she shares a philosophy centered on care and balance. For Jade, being her own boss isn’t just about entrepreneurship; it’s about creating harmony between personal wellness and professional passion.
Jade was the winner of the first Phenix Grant made earlier this year. She says: “Winning the Phenix Salon Suites grant has been one of my proudest moments. It gave me the opportunity to share my vision of empowering women and holding space for clients experiencing hair loss. Having a private, nurturing environment has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, and it’s inspired me to develop my own product line to complement the treatments I offer.”
Aesthetic medicine expert, Dr. Iryna Kulikova
Dr. Iryna Kulikova is founder of Dolce Aesthetic Clinic & Academy. Phenix Salon Suites offered a new beginning after she relocated from Ukraine to the UK. Here she rebuilt her career from the ground up. She found in Phenix the ideal environment to blend medical precision with aesthetic artistry. “Phenix offered exactly what I needed, a modern, stylish, and private space that met my professional standards,” says Dr. Kulikova. “The flexibility allows me to balance my clinical work, teaching, and family life.
