Me in 6 Pix – Giammarco Amoroso

In Uncategorized by Nicky

Hairdressers know that pictures tell great stories – which leads us to launch our new feature ‘Me in 6 pix‘! We’re inviting some of the most creative names in the industry to share with us their personal photographs, and explain why they’re important to them. Today it’s Giammarco Amoroso

Founder/Creative Director at Senzi Education (www.senzi-education.com) Giammarco Amoroso has as strong a teaching background as you could wish for – Vidal Sassoon and Mazella & Palmer before launching Senzi Education 3 years ago. He’s a soulful hairdresser – mindful and passionate, nurturing and sensitive. We love him for what he pours into the industry (watch the Sally Brooks film Journey to My Destination for a taster, and follow Giammarco on IG @giammarco.senzi_education). Today he sums himself up in 6 pix!

WE ASKED…

1) Send us one of the last pics from your phone and explain it?
On my last working trip I was in Tuscany, Italy. I was wondering on the suburbs of  Lucca before my preparation day when I discovered an area with many bamboo trees! For a moment I had a dejavu of being in Asia!

2) Whose poster was on your wall as a teenager?
Honestly, I never had one!

3) Send us a pic of your favourite drinking cup/mug?
Here it is! Very simple

4) Who is your hair icon right now?Session stylist Gary Gill
(Brit hairdresser – find him @garygillhair)

5) Send us an image you find calming?

The ocean, so simple

6) Scissors or brush? Send us a pic of your hand showing a preferenceThe scissors. Always

Thanks! So intriguing. To show you more of Giammarco’s aesthetic, here’s a gallery to enlighten you more!
