As an industry it can be incredibly difficult scheduling training in, blocking out time, slipping it in between clients or late in the evening. L’Oréal Professionnel has a new solution for this – Practical E-learning seminars called ‘Getting Started’ series.

This online format gives you the ability to do training at your own pace in your own space, no more logging on at specific times. These modules are designed into bite size pieces that layer up throughout the training. If you need to pause and come back to training, or you want to be able to go back to a specific section, you can. This format is ideal for individuals training by themselves or as a resources for group training in-salon. Those who need more help or feedback, they can book a short virtual session with an instructor on the completion of the training.

Bite size education classes equals bite size prices! The cost is only 49 and and you can go back and watch them anytime. Each course outlines what you need to complete it, this usually involves a tuition head, some basic product and your usual kit.

To kick off this new format, L’Oréal Professionnel has created a new series called ‘Getting Started’ with their expert in-house education team. These courses are all about teaching you technique rather than full looks. These courses answer the question of how to get started with learning a new skill. They are also ideal for juniors or college students. You can access these through ‘Getting Started’ on uk.lorealaccess.com.
