Evolution of the Color Shine Effect

In Uncategorized by Nicky

Set your alarms, in January you will be able to work with a new ammonia and MEA-free permanent hair colour. The Evolution of the Color Shine Effect by Alfaparf Milano Professional uses a formula with selected dyes to offer natural-looking, luminous colour with radiant tones.
So that’s quite a mouthful. But there’s a lot to this particular launch! Here’s what you need to know:

All the details

Evolution of The Color Shine

Colour Lamination Technology (patented in the US and Italy), is the innovative core of Evolution of the Color Shine Effect. A new alkalising agent replaces ammonia and MEA, those most commonly used in the market. It works in combination with an emollient oil to preserve the cosmetic feel of the hair during the colouring process.
