We’re loving the enthusiasm and exuberance of the new colour collection Future’s Bright from Headmasters. Such vivacious colour that looks expensive and polished is hard to achieve. The High Street’s going to look alive and welcoming with these images in the salon windows. Bravo!
The Headmasters Artistic Team is headed up by creative director Andrew Barton – and we’re guessing there are some wickedly colourful characters in the line up. Such is the energy of the colour work. This is a great way to celebrate 40 years of Headmasters, and really embodies the experience and knowledge of working on client-appealing, wearable yet strong colour looks.
Sunset Boulevard: a fabulous shade created using Pulp Riot Lemon and Countess shades
Scarlett Envy: Created using Pulp Riot Fireball and Countess shades
Purple Reign: Created using Pulp Riot Deviant, Nevermore and Jam shades
Aqua Marina: Created using Pulp Riot Seaglass, Aquatic and Decoy shades
Summer Rose: Created using Pulp Riot Blush, Cupid and Clear shades
Andrew Barton explains: We’ve seen an increase in clients opting for more dramatic, brighter, more full-head colour as a backlash against the Pandemic low-maintenance trend. Clients are excited to play with their hair colour more than ever before and this ever-increasing interest in bright shades made us think of creating a collection of bright, colourful inspiring, fun shades.”
The team inspiration is the wonderfully intense colours found in nature, which is also reflected in the movement and shape of the cut and styling. Created using Pulp Riot and, unlike classic cuts, allowing the hair to be blown free like a flower head in the wind, or water on the shore…. Simply lovely.
