ghd proudly presents the Good Hair Diaries, a weekly live chat with members of the UK styling community. Featuring a line-up of confirmed guests including industry icons, ambassadors, creative artists and entrepreneurial salon owners.
Good Hair Diaries is hosted on Instagram Live on @ghdhairpro and presented by UK Head of Education Janine Jennings. There will be a different special guest to take over each week and share how they are dealing with the current situation. Expect top tips and advice for staying connected with your teams, waves of inspiration and creativity on what to do at home.

Janine will also be running a special fashion-led feature on Fridays, ‘Front Row with…’, where guests will be sharing their inspiration, experiences and favourite hair that they have created at global Fashion Weeks; plus editorial, red carpet and session shoot work.
“I’m thrilled to have such a great line-up of guests to start our Instagram live sessions!” she says. “There is so much that we can learn from sharing our experiences as business owners, mentors, creatives… as we all face a ‘new normal’, we hope to share their individual takes on what they have found is helping them to overcome challenges, all while looking ahead to what will be a positive future for our industry.”

Colin McAndrew of Medusa Hairdressing was the first guest. He shared valuable insights into how he is finding new ways to keep in touch with his 70-strong team across their 6 salons; since lockdown has begun, they have been doing online learning sessions with Zoë Irwin.
