Hearing the announcement of finalists in the Color Zoom UK 2018 contest reminds us what big fans of Goldwell’s annual Color Zoom contest we are – with winners of national finals for countries round the world coming together for one Global Color Zoom final in Autumn each year. The contest is based on a global collection of images based on a theme, and the grand winner then goes forward to help the Color Zoom Creative Team devise and present the collection for the year following their reign as title holder. Neat, eh? And a great reward for the victor.
For 2018, the collection is entitled Elemental and as a theme fuses technology with creativity to resurrect the primal – like a new dawn. Mineral inspired colours, raw and refined blend for soft yet steely looks. The five UK finalists in three categories have just been announced and we’re delighted to showcase the 15 looks in a gallery here:
