This time it’s the brand new Home Delivery service. Designed to support salons in keeping the supply of premium professional products flowing direct to their consumers.
Schwarzkopf Professional Home Delivery facilitates salons’ clients to order home-care faves from a professional source that they trust. At the same time, it keeps salon partners firmly at the centre of the process. Clients can make their product orders through their salons and salons can make a margin. A win-win situation!

Whilst Blondme, Chroma ID and Igora Expert Mousse complete the offering for relieving colour crises.
Home Delivery was designed to be uncomplicated, reliable and swift. The process is simple:
- Salons need to promote their new service on their own social or direct marketing channels.
- Next, salons receive their clients’ orders.
- Salons place individual, or multiple orders with their Schwarzkopf Professional sales advisor.
- From here, Schwarzkopf processes, picks, packs and dispatches the order to the salon customer with the added benefit of free delivery. Note that a minimum £30 order applies.
